Job Description:

Our growing company is in need of an experienced and resourceful Business Development Executive to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We’re searching for professionals that have a solid track record of creating long-term value for organizations. First and foremost, we’re looking for an individual who understands how to leverage real data and capitalize on business trends and opportunities. A candidate must be fluent in IT, customer-obsessed and ready to solve the changing needs of our clients. He/she should have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work with a diverse team in an evolving IT industry landscape. Eligible applicants should also be willing to travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Primary job is to sell business application solutions and related products/services to prospective and existing customers

  • Identify new sales leads and pitch products and/or services. Schedule meetings, prepare presentations and nurture customer relationships into high-value engagements

  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to deal closure

  • Create and maintain acquisition strategies. Develop and execute the action plan for growth in revenue & profitability in existing accounts

  • Capture customer challenges & requirements, and map it to Lumiq solution offerings

  • Demonstrate the ability to achieve defined targets in the assigned territory

  • Develop solution & commercial proposals encompassing all aspects of the application/use case

  • Act and work as a consultant for prospective clients questioning as well as suggesting feasible solutions to their needs

Preferred Knowledge And Experience

  • 2-4 years of sales experience with fluency in IT, software product and/or services

  • Prior experience of driving business in Analytics - Big Data technology. AI/ML preferred but not mandatory

  • Good with numbers, including excellent communication, convincing and client servicing skills

  • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

  • An absolute go-getter with a hunter mindset, sense of urgency and never-say-die attitude


MBA from premium institute preferred
